Hi, I’m Lo.
I spent years in HR, building departments, teams, processes and cultures. Along the way I came to see every organization as a community, and every community as something people can design on purpose.
Then I stepped away from corporate life and saw that a life works the same way. Our families, our work and the way we spend our days are communities too, and most of us inherit them instead of designing them. The skills I used to build teams (finding what matters, shaping structure around it, making change stick) turned out to be the ones people need to build their own lives. So that’s the work now: helping people get their ideas out into the world and shape a life that fits who they are, designing and building it together.
I believe our thoughts shape our reality, that every moment is a choice, and that each of us is accountable for the life we build.
